LWYLA awards tonight!

Published 2 October 2014

Community heroes from across the district will be celebrated tonight at our third annual Love Where You Live Awards - hosted at the Cedar Court Hotel in Wakefield.

This year the awards have been even bigger and better than before, with eight categories and a £500 prize for each winner which will be donated to a community group of their choice, courtesy of our sponsor Wolseley Integrated Services.

With a WDH record 7,301 votes cast online and on paper slips, the numbers have now been totted up and our three finalists in each category will learn their fate in just a couple of hours’ time.
