Book a gas servicing appointment with WhatsApp

We recently posted a poll to our Facebook page to find out how many tenants use WhatsApp to send and receive messages. The results showed that of those people who took part, most people did in fact use WhatsApp messenger. Our Gas Servicing Team is currently trialling the use of WhatsApp to help us communicate with you in the easiest and most cost-effective manner.

If you require a gas servicing appointment or need to rearrange an appointment you currently have, our Gas Servicing Team can now be contacted by WhatsApp on 07901990710, as well as by phone (0345 124 5345) and email: gasservicing@wdh.co.uk.

To send us a WhatsApp message simply add our number as a new contact and then send us a message through the app. You can download the app through the Apple and Google Play Stores on your iPhone or smartphone for free.

Any WhatsApp messages received by our Gas Servicing Team will be replied to within office hours. These are:
Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm and Fridays 8:30am – 4:30pm.
