It’s now even easier for you to manage your WDH account. With the WDH App you can access all of your details on the go from your Apple or Android device.
Now available on both the Apple App Store and Play Store, the App makes it easier to:
- report a repair and send a picture;
- pay your rent;
- find the answers to frequently asked questions;
- keep up with WDH news;
- access account information anytime, anywhere; and
- update your account details and contact preferences.

To download the app to your device, search for WDH in the Apple App Store or Play Store and download. You can sign in using your WDH online account login details. If you haven’t already registered for an account, you can do so using the app. Just like registering for an online account you will need your tenancy reference number which can be found on your rent statement or the Account ID card issued with your November rent statement.
