Independent Living team leader visits

Every Independent Living Scheme manager is supported by a team leader who manages a number of schemes in each area of the district.

The team leader will visit each Independent Living Scheme once a month. During their visit, the team leader will be available to meet with tenants to discuss issues of concern.

This can take place in the communal lounge of the scheme, the office or in the privacy of the tenant’s own home if they wish.
