Our commitment to

Digital Inclusion

We are committed to helping our tenants gain the confidence they need to use computers and access the internet so they can take advantage of the many lifestyle benefits it has to offer.

Do you need help to use the internet or know someone who needs help to get online? Our Digital Angels can help!

Specially-trained WDH employees are volunteering to teach people basic internet skills so they can save money by shopping online, send emails, search for jobs and keep in touch with friends and family using social media.

Being able to use the internet is becoming even more important, especially once the government introduces Universal Credit – when people will only be able to claim benefits online.

WDH’s Digital Angels are available for one-to-one support and anyone wanting to book an appointment can do so by contacting OneCALL on 0345 8 507 507.

John Scarr, WDH's Engagement Manager, said: "WDH’s Digital Angels are here to help anyone who needs to learn how to use the internet.

"Being able to get online is becoming more important every day, we understand that a lot of people don't know the first thing about using computers so our employees have been trained to offer dedicated one-to-one support to people so they can get to grips with the internet and make the most of being online."

"If you need support from a WDH Digital Angel, visit us at the WDH Hub or give us a call on 0345 8 507 507."
